All orders processed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, or on public holidays, will be shipped on the first available day of delivery.
Our products will be ready for shipment within one day of receiving your payment.

Residents in Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Venezia Laguna and Isole Minori are kindly asked to contact our offices at the time of purchase: delivery may take from one to two additional days.

In case of failure to deliver on the first attempt due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave you a notice with tracking number and telephone number to arrange a delivery appointment.

In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested product, you will be informed via email of the cancellation of the order.

  • the delivery of a product of equivalent quality and price compatibly with warehouse availability;
  • the refund of the product ordered within thirty days of the request. The charges for the delivery of a new product or service will be from Yayo.

Delivery costs and times
