Characteristics of the goods for sale
Only authentic products are offered for sale on yayo.it.
The essential characteristics of the products on yayo.it are presented within each product sheet.
All products are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the tag and seal are not removed.
The Seller, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
Prices and currency
Published prices and final invoices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
The amount that will be charged to your credit card or bank account may vary as it is based on floating exchange rate regimes and bank commissions.
YAYO invites customers to contact their banking institution to request detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees relating to their transaction.
Orders are shipped from:
YAYO BY DIEGO CANONICO – Via Bassignana 23 – 15040 Rivarone (AL), from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Available items: immediate shipping
Orders for in-stock products are shipped same day or next business day.
In all cases, YAYO reserves the right to postpone shipping if the order cannot be shipped due to force majeure.
Please note that during promotions and sales there may be shipping delays.
Authorized delivery
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with YAYO and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests that it be returned to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to YAYO, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Delivery of the order
Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the packaging appears to have been tampered with, Customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are asked to immediately report the incident to YAYO at info@yayo.it. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package may be returned to the sender at the Customer's expense.
These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by YAYO.
Order fulfillment
Once an order has been placed for the items available, changes can only be made by sending an email to info@yayo.it within 2 hours of confirming the order. Orders placed separately will only be shipped together if confirmed within 2 hours of each other.
YAYO reserves the right to postpone shipping if the order cannot be shipped due to force majeure. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be shipping delays. It is at YAYO's sole discretion that it has the right to refuse an order and/or provision of a service to anyone at any time.
Online articles and images
YAYO declines all responsibility if, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by a customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site present slight differences compared to the original ones.
The images on YAYO belong to YAYO DI DIEGO CANONICO and any unauthorized use of these images without express written consent is prohibited and any offender will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Availability of items
The displays on the site reflect the actual availability of the product in color and size.
Once the order request has been received, the YAYO Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions carried out by the Customer on YAYO.
In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the Customer's request, the YAYO order office will promptly notify the Customer.
