    Accounts and passwords

    Do you want to create an account?
    You can create a new account by hovering over "Register" at the top of the homepage. A registration page will open. To create an account you need the following information: Name and surname, email address and a personal password. You can change your personal information at any time. This information is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.

    Do you want to change your personal information?
    To change your personal information, simply log in to yayo.it. You will be able to view and edit your personal information by clicking on "Account Details".

    Did you forget your password?
    You can change your password by hovering over "Login" at the top of the homepage, clicking on "Forgot your password?" and entering your email address. You will receive an email with a link. By clicking on the link you will be directed to the password reset page.

    Do you want to place an order without having an account?
    You can place orders on yayo.it without creating an account. After placing the desired items in the Cart you will be redirected to the checkout page. Enter your billing information, delivery address and select the desired payment method, you can proceed with the payment by clicking on "Complete Order".

    Payments and refunds

    What payment methods are accepted on Yayo.it?
    Payment methods vary depending on the country of delivery. Payment by credit card is accepted for most countries. For more information please see the Payments section.

    Did you pay by bank transfer and want to know if we have received your payment?
    The order will be shipped the day following receipt of payment on our current account. You will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number.

    When is the credit card charged?
    In case of payment by credit card, the amount will be pre-authorized, or booked for yayo.it. The pre-authorization is a verification of the validity of the credit card and the availability of the expected amount. The credit card's purchasing availability will be reduced by the pre-authorized amount which however will not yet be charged. Once the order has been sent, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your credit card. If the order is canceled before shipping, the credit card will not be charged and the pre-authorization will be canceled. Please note that the pre-authorisation lasts approximately 7 days and the cancellation times depend on the banking institution.

    How can I get a refund in case of return?
    We can refund you within 14 working days from the day you sent the goods back, but the refund could be delayed if the goods have not yet been received or there is proof of their return to the sender. Please take into account the processing time required for the banking institution to process your request.
    The refund of the return will be made through the same channel used for payment (bank account, Pay-Pal,...) except in some cases. For more information please see the Returns section.
    You can also receive a refund for your order in the form of a purchase voucher, which can be used on yayo.it. You can indicate that you prefer the purchase voucher when filling out the return email. The purchase voucher will be sent to the email address of your account on yayo.it.

    Shipping and order tracking

    What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping methods and costs vary depending on the country of delivery. In the cart you will be able to see a preview of the shipping costs for the chosen item. For more information, see the Shipping section.

    Is the order insured during transport?
    The customer can secure the order upon request by sending an email to info@yayo.it

    Do you want to know the status of your order and the delivery date?
    As soon as the courier has taken charge of your package, you will receive an email containing your shipment number. With this number you can track the status of your shipment at any time and know where it is and when it will be delivered.

    Returns and exchanges

    Do you want to return or replace one or more products in your order?
    All products purchased on yayo.it - ​​even items on sale - can be returned and/or replaced. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products you can return and/or replace your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of the delivery date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We can only accept returns if the package comes from the delivery country. For more information, see the Returns section.

    Authenticity and guarantee

    Are Yayo.it products authentic?
    All products sold on Yayo.it are original and purchased with a regular invoice. The products are shipped in the original packaging.

    Wishlist

    What is the Wish List?
    The wishlist contains the products you like and are interested in. Once you have added a product to your wish list, just one click will add the item to your cart.

    Newsletters

    Do you want to subscribe to our newsletter?
    If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter , simply enter your email in the appropriate section on the Homepage. By clicking on "Subscribe" you will receive an email where we will ask you to confirm your email address and, once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive your discount voucher valid throughout the site.
