Free shipping to Italy with express courier in 24/48 hours!

For all Italian shipments, Yayo offers you free express delivery with express courier within 24/48 hours, for orders placed from Monday to Friday.
Our shipments are traceable and, at the buyer's request, covered by insurance.

Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders processed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, or on public holidays, will be shipped on the first available day of delivery.
Our products will be ready for shipment within one day of receiving your payment.

Residents in Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Venezia Laguna and Isole Minori are kindly asked to contact our offices at the time of purchase: delivery may take from one to two additional days.

2 delivery attempts will be made.
In case of failure to deliver on the first attempt due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave you a notice with tracking number and telephone number to arrange a delivery appointment.
If it is not possible to make the second delivery even on the agreed day, due to the absence of the recipient, the shipment will be stored at the courier's warehouse and the storage costs will be borne by the recipient.

We do not ship to post office boxes or post office and it is not possible to collect the products from our warehouse.

If you use PayPal as a payment method, we will be obliged by the platform's regulations to ship the item to the address indicated in the Paypal payment.
If, however, you would like to receive the product at an address different from the one indicated during registration on Yayo.it, you are required to let us know as soon as your purchase is completed: write to us at amministrazione@yayo.it .
For shipments by express courier, the recipient's name shown on the package must be the same name indicated on the intercom/doorbell of the delivery address.

When entering shipping data, it is advisable to enter a telephone number to leave to the courier in case of any problems during the delivery process.

In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested product, you will be informed via email of the cancellation of the order.

At this point you will have the opportunity to request:

• the delivery of a product of equivalent quality and price compatibly with warehouse availability;
• the refund of the product ordered within thirty days of the request. The charges for the delivery of a new product or service will be from Yayo.

Delivery costs and times

Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are shown when ordering the product.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the chosen product.
If multiple products are shipped, we will calculate the total shipping cost by adding the weights of the products purchased.
The total shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Barring exceptions, we use the shipping method Economy , guaranteeing delivery in 2-5 working days .

International buyers (outside the European Union)

The products are shipped from Italy. Customs charges and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Before making your purchase, please check the amount of these costs at the customs offices in your country.
