For all Italian shipments, Yayo offers you free express delivery with express courier within 24/48 hours, for orders placed from Monday to Friday. Our shipments are traceable and, at the buyer's request, covered by insurance.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. All orders processed on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, or on public holidays, will be shipped on the first available day of delivery. Our products will be ready for shipment within one day of receiving your payment.
Residents in Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Venezia Laguna and Isole Minori are kindly asked to contact our offices at the time of purchase: delivery may take from one to two additional days.
2 delivery attempts will be made. In case of failure to deliver on the first attempt due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave you a notice with tracking number and telephone number to arrange a delivery appointment. If it is not possible to make the second delivery even on the agreed day, due to the absence of the recipient, the shipment will be stored at the courier's warehouse and the storage costs will be borne by the recipient.
We do not ship to post office boxes or post office and it is not possible to collect the products from our warehouse.
